Please include your account email, order number, and reason for the refund. All requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
You may cancel your hosting service at any time from your client dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued after the 30-day money-back period has expired.
If you cancel within the 30-day window, your refund will be processed automatically upon request. After cancellation, your data will be retained for 14 days before permanent deletion.
Before filing a chargeback with your bank, please contact our billing team. We are committed to resolving any billing disputes quickly and fairly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees.
