By accessing and using the web hosting services provided by RanaHost, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

RanaHost provides web hosting services including shared hosting, VPS hosting, domain registration, email hosting, and related services.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Payment and Billing

All fees are due in advance. We accept payment via credit card and other methods indicated at checkout. Failure to pay may result in suspension.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services for illegal activities, spamming, phishing, distributing malware, hosting infringing content, or activities that disrupt our infrastructure.

6. Uptime Guarantee

We guarantee 99.9% uptime. If we fail to meet this, you may be eligible for service credits. Scheduled maintenance is excluded.

7. Limitation of Liability

RanaHost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for Terms violations.
