By accessing and using the web hosting services provided by RanaHost ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
RanaHost provides web hosting services including but not limited to shared hosting, WordPress hosting, cloud VPS hosting, domain registration, email hosting, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree to immediately notify RanaHost of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
All fees are due in advance and billed according to the billing cycle selected at checkout. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods indicated at checkout. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Accounts past due by more than 30 days may be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' notice.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all hosting services, measured monthly. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA. Scheduled maintenance windows, force majeure events, and issues beyond our reasonable control are excluded from uptime calculations.
While we perform regular backups, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. RanaHost is not liable for any data loss. We recommend maintaining independent backups of all critical data stored on our servers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RanaHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our Services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We may, at our discretion, delete your data after a reasonable grace period.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
